The third one is the extended manufacturer’s warranty, which has coverage on both roofing materials and workmanship.

Installing satellite dishes, antennas, or HVAC systems on top of the roof may also void the warranty. Having a roof layover done, overlooking attic ventilation, and power washing the roof should also be avoided if you want to keep the roof warranty intact.
