We Answer Your Questions Here!
Do I Need to Repair or Replace My Roof?
The answer to this question will depend on the extent of damage on your roofing system. If there are just a few missing shingles, and your roof isn’t that old, you’re probably fine getting it repaired. But if there are extensive issues, and your roof is over 10 to 15 years old, it might be time for a new one.
How Can I Tell if My Roof Is Damaged?
The best way is to call out a local roofer to inspect your property. But you can also grab binoculars and look for the following issues:
- Missing shingles
- Active leaks
- Fading or discoloration
- Broken, cracked or warped shingles
- Holes in the attic
Will Insurance Cover the Damage?
If the issues were caused by a passing storm, then the wind, hail or impact damage will probably be covered by your insurance company. We can provide you with a free roof inspection that includes a detailed report that you can submit to your insurance company.
What Type of Material Should I Choose?
There are many types – all with their own pros and cons. We can discuss your different options during our initial consultation.
